Email support@lifexam.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot usually saves a round of questions.

Please don't attach medical documents. Your record stays in Lifexam, and we can usually help without seeing it.

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, from the app or the website.

  1. Sign in, open your account menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Choose Security.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Your documents, the data extracted from them and the keys to your record are removed from active systems straight away. Backup copies expire on a fixed rotation, explained in the Privacy Policy. Deletion can't be undone.

Can't sign in any more? Write to support@lifexam.com from the address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
